Available hiring times

The standard full day rate on our video and photo studio hire is from 8am until 5pm on weekdays, while the half day rate for weekdays is for either an 8am to 12pm, or 1pm to 5pm time slot. However, if you require an earlier start, or later finish, there may be a surcharge as a manager is required to be on location to accommodate your needs during the hire.

Making a Booking

- You can put your video and photo studio hire on a hold, but the reservation must be made at least a week prior to the desired date of the hire.

- All holds will be kept for a 24 hour period, during which time a second party cannot take the hold. However, once this 24 hour period has expired, a deposit will need to be made in order to keep the hold in the same state, otherwise:

- If another enquiry is made for the same video and photo studio hire on the same date as the original hold in which the second party is ready to confirm and place a deposit, we will try to contact the original party and in the event that they cannot be reached or cannot confirm, the studio will be given to the second party.
