The cyclorama wall (or infinity wall) is a plaster walled background that incorporates one or more curved surfaces, and it is designed to eliminate the appearance of corners. Done well, it’s impossible to tell where the floor ends and the wall begins.

The wall consists of three curves: floor to wall, wall to wall and corner curves.

In stills photography or video production, the cyclorama wall gives the effect of a disappearing background, allowing for a multitude of possibilities for lightingl. This is perfect for commercials where the subject or products are given full attention by viewers, as well as when using a green screen for visual effects that require chroma keying.

All of the curved plaster modules are trimmed to 1m-wide pieces and are ready to assemble and install into your wall. These modules have a tapered edge for an even transition to adjacent surfaces, which allows for a seamless joint after taping and mudding.

Pantograph Ceiling Track System

The LightPro 4 Pantograph Kit - Dual Ceiling Track w 4 Pantographs is a modular overhead lighting suspension system which can be expanded or modified to your requirements. It provides precise positioning of lights with ease and speed, eliminating the clutter of light stands and power cables on the floor. The systems utilize a combination of rails, carriages, telescopic posts, and manual spring/cable assisted or motorized pantographs.

The LightPro Pantograph system is the perfect solution for improved functionality of your studio or office. It enables cables to be kept off the ground which allows for a much safer workspace for both talent and crew.

With the ability to move each Pantograph around in a 3D space, left to right, backwards and forwards as well as up and down. This system makes it incredibly simplistic and easy to move equipment around and change setup quickly.

Lightpro DF-2000XL

The DF-2000XL is a slim, lightweight LED panel designed to produce a very soft and even spread of light for all applications. With a complete plain white diffuser built in, it produces extremely soft light and soft shadows, without the need for extra light modifiers.

It is designed to be slim and lightweight, making it easy to carry around. The metal housing around the light has a nice weight to strength ratio, and with a CRI rating of 92+ and complete colour temperature range from 3000K-5600K (Tungsten to Daylight), it is the perfect light for any situation.

It is also built with an external touch screen interface controller with a cable length of 50cm, and can be provided with an external wireless remote control.

Lightpro DF-1RGB

The Lightpro DF-1RGB is an extremely powerful light, allowing full RGB colour range as well as daylight and tungsten. It gives off an outstanding quality of light, with CRI and TLCI ratings of 95+ and an illuminance of 7700 Lux at 0.5m.

Additionally, it hsa 255 colour stages between the red, green and blue channels, allowing full control over the exact mix of colour that is required. There are also hard presets built into the ballast, giving easy access to immediate colour temperatures.

Finally, the other great feature of this light is that it has the control of adding colour variations to daylight and tungsten light. For instance, if you’re needing to match the colour of other fluorescent lighting with lots of green, you would be able to add green to the daylight to emulate the fluorescent light. This is perfect when you’re needing a consistent spread of the same type of light.

Other features include both AC and V-Lock power compatibility, colour temperature range of 2700K to 9999K, as well as 2.4G remote control and DMX control for stage or studio purposes.

Digi Green and Arctic White Paint

Permaplastik is a 100% acrylic flat water-based paint formulated especially for use in a wide range of architectural, scenic and decorative applications. Permaplastik is ideally suited to the decoration of television, film, theatrical and photographic sets, displays and exhibition fixtures, sign-writing, posters and interior or exterior architectural feature decoration.

APPLICATION GUIDE

SURFACE PREPARATION

New paper-faced wallboard, hardboard, new plaster, fibrous plaster, cement bricks: Brush down with a stiff fibre brush to remove loose and powdery material. Fill cracks with filler, sand and dust down. Apply one coat of Permaplastik Acrylic Sealer Undercoat. Stir well before use with a broad flat paddle.

 Previously painted surfaces: Scrape loose and flaking paint off, sand smooth and dust down. On greasy or dirty surfaces wash with sugar soap.

PAINT PREPARATION

PLEASE NOTE. Dragon Image Digi Green Paint MUST be accompanied by an initial Dragon Image Arctic White undercoat when first constructing a studio, failing to do so will result in an incorrect color. Dragon Image paints are a versatile all purpose PVA paint giving a Matt finish, especially formulated for use in a wide range of architectural,scenic and decorative applications.

It is ideally suited to the decoration of television, film, theatrical and photographic sets. The paint should be tack free in 20-30 minutes and ready for a recoat in 2 hours. It can be applied with a brush, long nap roller or airless spray. Foam rollers are not recommended. Average coverage is 11 square meters per litre. Wash up with water.

FINISHING

 Apply one or two coats of Permaplastik as required. For optimum results White Permaplastik Acrylic Sealer Undercoat should be used before coating with any Permaplastik colour.

THINNING

Not usually required. On very absorbent surfaces (e.g. set plaster), dampen the surface and thin the first coat with up to 100mL of water per litre.

DRYING TIMES

At approximately 25°C, 30 minutes to touch-dry; 4 hours – dry to recoat. Under cooler or humid conditions allow longer times. Note: Do not use at temperatures below 10°C.
