For the small studio, you could have a setup like this
All the lighting would be continues LED and would be mounted to the walls and ceiling. this would remove cabling and light stands, keeping the area clear. the subject lights can be attached to wall booms, this would allow them to have a little more flexibility.

The image below is what a 50mm lens on a full-frame camera moved back an extra meter would look like.
Single person full body is possible but not ideal. You could use it to film single person videos and still life but the size is an issue.
