In contrast to conventional steel-rim pop-up designs, the 82cm (32”) HaloCompact is constructed using Manfrotto’s cutting-edge RapidExoframe technology. The collapsible lightweight aluminum frame assembles effortlessly, and the reflector or diffuser fabric cover attaches seamlessly to the frame. The ingeniously crafted RapidExoFrame design allows the frame to disassemble into compact sections, effortlessly fitting alongside the folded fabric in a compact carry case measuring just 6.5 x 27 x 6.5cm (2.5” x 10.5” x 2.5”), with a total weight of 335g (reflector and case combined).

The new HaloCompact surfaces are available as comprehensive solutions with the RapidExoframe or as standalone covers for existing users with frames.

Distinguished by a protected patent, the unique Difflector fabric incorporates our standard diffuser surface along with a silver stripe. This innovation empowers the HaloCompact to allow light to permeate like a diffuser on one side, while the silver stripes on the other side reflect light.
