The Manfrotto 200PL-Pro Aluminium Plate is RC2 and Arca-type compatible. It can be used with cameras with a 1/4"-20 tripod thread and comes with a 3/8"-16 screw adapter for cameras that require it. Moreover, the solid aluminum plate has two rubber gaskets on top that provide a secure grip when attached to the bottom of a camera.
