Availability & Rates

• Standard Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  
  
• Overtime / Extended Hours: Early starts or late finishes outside standard hours are billed at $160 per hour block (rates apply per day for multi-day bookings).
  
  
• Weekend Bookings: Available upon special request; subject to a $120 per hour surcharge in addition to the standard base hire fee.
  
  
• Reserved Parking: Standard parking spaces are shared among Dragon Image staff, retail customers, and other studio clients, but can be reserved exclusively for $20 per space, per day.

Site Disclaimers & Booking Guidelines

• Climate & Temperature Control: The main warehouse space is not air-conditioned. In summer, interior temperatures can rise above outdoor ambient conditions (for example, a 35°C day outside may reach 37°C inside), with a corresponding cooling effect occurring during winter.
  
  
• Acoustics & Sound Recording: The venue is uninsulated and sits adjacent to a busy roadway, making it unsuitable for direct sound or audio recording. Heavy rainfall can elevate ambient sound levels to where raised voices are required to hold a conversation.
  
  
• Shared Facilities: Kitchen, breakout, and bathroom amenities are shared with Dragon Image staff, retail patrons, and other studio clients. Parking bays remain open to general site users unless reserved in advance.
  
  
• Handover & Equipment Management: The space is hired clean, tidy, and strictly "as-is". Any on-site fixtures, furniture, or equipment must be returned to their exact original positions prior to departure. All external hire items and decor brought in must be independently arranged and fully removed before the booking concludes.
  
  
• Insurance & Liability: Dragon Image maintains basic public liability insurance. All other insurance coverage—including protection against theft or loss due to break-in during the hire term—is the sole responsibility of the hiring client.
