Livestream Sound Studio with PTZ Cameras

SKU: Custom-PTZ-S-Studio

This studio is in a Heritage Building. which means we can't screw, bolt, stick anything. So we built a room within a room!

The brief was simply to create a studio space for live streaming, Video recording and Podcasting. The things we needed to address were the fact that it needed to be built in a busy and noisy part of Sydney in a Heritage Building.

This studio is in a Heritage Building. which means we can't screw, bolt, stick anything. So we built a room within a room.

The brief was simply to create a studio space for live streaming, Video recording and Podcasting. The things we needed to address were the fact that it needed to be built in a busy and noisy part of Sydney in a Heritage Building.

The first step is doing a site inspection. this costs $240 and is credited to the final build.

Once we do the sight inspection we can create a 3d Render of the Studio showing the lighting and camera angles. this really helps to get a good idea of the space and how it will look and feel once built. Once that has been finalised we get the builder involved and start setting dates and deadlines.

To address the Heritage Building we built a room within a room and used high-quality acoustic materials on the walls and ceiling to greatly reduce external sounds and remove echos and reverb from inside the studio itself.

for lighting we used

Minrray PTZ UV510A USB 3.0 /HDMI Series 2MP 20x Video Camera USB/HDMI

The UV510A Series 2MP 20x Video Conference Camera from Minrray features a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor and 5.5-110mm varifocal lens with 20x zoom to capture videos at a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080. It comes with HDMI, USB, Ethernet, and RS-232 connectivity. The camera uses a step drive motor mechanism and motor drive controller for smooth and noiseless PTZ operation. In addition, it supports H.264/H.265 video compression and AAC, MP3, and G.711A audio compression formats.

The addition of a USB input to this camera instantly makes it more versatile, allowing connection to all sorts of devices, from computers to Tablets and even Smartphones! while it can be powered from the USB alone, it is recommended to power from DC as the picture quality does suffer when powered by USB only.
