The softboxes, like the panels open up and velcro together. So no longer do you need those metal wires that get all fiddly when you set together a softbox. Finally, you have a quick solution to soften the light which is easy to make and looks good too. The grid system, which can be removed with ease if desired, helps to focus the light so that it doesn't spread over the scene to unwanted areas.
