CXA024 DMX 512 5pin Male XLR Terminator
A DMX terminator is vital for removing a lot of flickering and noise when using many DMX lights and fixtures. To remove all the shadow signals bouncing back along the line, use a DMX terminator. The CXA024 is a 5pin male XLR terminator.

Shadow Signals
When a DMX signal has travelled to the end of your DMX line if it is not terminated you get something which is refered to as a “shadow” signal bouncing back along the line which can cause all sorts of problems with your DMX fixtures. The longer the DMX cable run the greater the risk of getting this bounce back. Important rule -  DMX lines should always be terminated.
