Firstly, we find sometimes that when we’re approached by a school, production company or other business to upgrade or improve their studio, it’s often due to a poor design or installation by the builders or architects they went to previously. Second, we might be approached by a construction company who has been asked to design and build a studio by a client and they’ve come to us for advice and material supply.

Supply and Installation Quoting

Builders and architects may be able to quote a cost for installation, but they still need to get the materials from a supplier since things like cyclorama curves and digi green paint are often quite hard to come by and usually only authorised photographic and video equipment suppliers like us have them readily available.

As such, once we have worked out in the design process what the clients’ desired studio will look like, we move onto quoting them with a complete cost breakdown of materials, installation, consultation shipping and additional fees that may apply. This allows both the client and builders to know exactly what is going into the build from our end.

Professional Advice

Since photo and video studios are a niche type of building project, it’s often something that most construction companies and builders don’t have experience with since the shape of the curves are much different to standard rooms. That’s why we’re able to provide professional training and advice when it comes to the specific intricacies of a studio build.
